Fire & Flood Emergency Services Ltd. provides emergency water management solutions for communities and critical infrastructure. Our services include emergency water supply, wildfire suppression support, flood mitigation, and dewatering operations. We partner with government agencies, Indigenous communities, municipalities, and infrastructure operators to deliver proven disaster response solutions with our combined experience in water management.
Meet
Terry Raymond
Founder / President
Terry Raymond spent decades in the oil and gas industry delivering large-scale water management solutions across remote terrain, challenging elevations, and extreme climates. Through this work, he developed specialized expertise in high-volume water supply systems and complex operational logistics.
Following the 2016 Fort McMurray wildfires and the Calgary, High River floods, Terry recognized a gap in emergency water management. He adapted proven industry expertise, assembled a team of specialists, and founded Fire & Flood Emergency Services to protect communities and critical infrastructure.

Technology
Fire & Flood holds issued patents for our high-volume wildfire suppression systems in Canada, Australia, and the United States, protecting our proprietary technology and deployment methodology.
Our patented above-ground suppression systems transfer more than 8,500 gallons of water per minute across challenging terrain and varying elevations. Delivering sustained, pressurized water supplies over long distances, they support wildfire suppression operations, protect communities and critical infrastructure, and enhance the effectiveness of structural protection units, engines, tenders, and rotary-wing aircraft.
